I worked with one of the people who sued and she admitted that she sued KS "because they could afford it", direct quote from her. She actually hurt all the other KS MTs because now we've had timeclocks since then. I liked it better when I could work as much as wanted for vacation, Christmas, etc. Now we have to be asked to do OT and it has to be approved.
I am about to start my shift, so signing off here.
I am sure the EX employees will bash me while I'm gone, but hundreds of KS employees know that they have it good.
