the common name of the two women is the first last name of the awful sister, who also has a hyphenated, second name. (Did that make sense?!) There is a brother, too, I believe. Two sisters and a brother. Wonder if this is a situation in which parents 'bought their kids a company'-- there are a lot of those in this biz for some reason.
Do you know why the owner keeps on her sister, if she truly knows the incompetent/heinous antics that go on? Is the owner herself, OK?
