You may have missed my point. They lay off and continuously hire as needed. They never have enough work at any time for anyone to pick up momentum for an 8-hour shift. I did not mean to imply that by laying off people there was ever going to be enough work. They praise their sales staff for signing new accounts. That new work is only done in this country until the ASR is trained. Then the work goes to India. Thus the dip in the work flow again.
