but all the outsource companies said they had legal agreements to not hire Nuance MTs until 6 months after said MT had left Nuance. I ended up working somewhere that was NOT a Nuance subcontractor, but I would have rather stayed with my account! I was told the only way to get around the agreement was if I was laid off from Nuance...but I wasn't and my TSM wouldn't let me be part of any layoff pool (I asked/begged).
