Need help with a few words....

Patient indication is ischemic cardiomyopathy assessed for ventricular arrhythmia.

Impression:

1. Basic rhythm is abnormal sinus rhythm.

2.  Occasional (right-sided?) PACs recorded.

3.  Frequent (right-sided?) PVCs recorded with a 5-beat run of (___ischemic?    ) tachycardia at a maximum rate of 156 beats per minute.

4.  No significant pauses recorded.

5.  No symptoms recorded in diary.


RECOMMENDATIONS:


In view of the patient’s ejection fraction of 45%  (_______) (therapy?), we will continue medical management for this patient.
