What happens if we don't have any PTO to use and we don't make our hours for the pay period? I have nothing, no PTO and no leave abscence pay or whatever its called, and there is no work at all and hasn't been for days now. I'm behind 13 hours and there is no way I can make all this up by the end of the pay period, especially when there's not going to be much work coming in the rest of this week. Anybody else in the same boat as me? I'm just wondering what they will do to us. I mean its not our fault there's no work. I've already been told by KP that not making the right amount of hours could result in termination.
