you need to use excused absence and be sure you are adding it in at the end of every shift you don't complete. KP does not ever compromise, does not bend, and does not assist her MTs.
Keep in mind that if you're getting NJA you can complete your hours at any time during the day you get NJA. For example, even if you are scheduled 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., if you run into NJA you can make up those hours anytime before midnight Central Time and you don't have to ask permission to do it.
If you look on Workforce and see you have no hours available to you for no work, you need to go into "Weekly Schedule" and swap hours from time when you had no work to later in the week.
If you are full time, you have to work at least 39 hours, and if you're part time you have to work at least 20 hours each week.
I'm so sorry you have KP. Truly, you couldn't have worst luck.
