The person didn't complain about being able to figure out who's who, the person was upset because one teammate got 13 audits on one day and this person was on a performance plan for having two failing jobs and three 100% jobs, and in total having less than 13 audits in the past six months in total. This person pointed out that M*Modal was not "managing within the law" by not providing regular and equal audits for all employees. They can't pull five audits on one person in a month and none on another during that same review period. Per the law, they are to have a regular review period with the amount subject to audit being clearly defined. They are to create a level playing field for all employees.
