there are different types of audits - LDSMT Posted: Dec 15th, 2017 - 9:36 am In Reply to: many audits - Anon
Every job that is audited is not necessarily to audit the MT.
Audit types:
MTE QA = Contractual audit of SR job, performed by Auditing Department routinely due to M*Modal’s contract with the customer.
MT QA = Contractual audit of transcription job, performed by Auditing Department routinely due to M*Modal’s contract with the customer.
PR QA = Contractual audit of job sent to QA – Listed under the employee who performed QA function.
QC AD = Audit by Performance Coach – Any audit performed by a Performance Coach. Could be routine MT audit, followup due to previous audit scores, special audit requested on a particular facility or dictator, etc.
SC AD = MT audit performed by Auditing Department.
FC AD = Focused audit – Performed by Auditing Department usually at the request of a customer or as follow-up to a previous audit.
SP QA = Special QA – Performed by Auditing Department as part of any special project or request.
CC PL = Customer complaint audit performed by Auditing Department.
I have no idea what is going on with audits these days. I used to have 30+ jobs audited each month, based on volume of work. Now I get anywhere from 1 to 5.
