Does anyone who works for or used to (lucky!) Nuance know the rules of the admin hours punch that we are allowed to do? I was told by another TM that this was a daily allowable punch of 15 minutes, but my new TM just told me that I have to have 15 minutes worth of email to go through and to break it down for her the next time I do that punch.
