Some OMs allow their employees to actually clock in under admin time (none of mine allowed it) for certain "duties," so the employee would have to check with that particular OM. The other thing is called variance. That's the difference between how much time you are working on the platform versus time clocked in. Variance, according to company-wide policy, should be no more than 10% of hours worked (or you'll hear about it).
