There was a time when my OM pushed it on us to do it every single day. She told us to take our 15 minutes that was being given to us, do it at the beginning or at the end of the day because that accounted for all of our checking emails, sending emails, checking FIESA, asking any questions, etc. throughout our shift.
However, after the crash, some people I worked with were moved to different accounts and told that they were not allowed to use that punch. Under new supervision, we have not been encouraged to use it at all. The person that said they had to break down all their email or whatever to use it...I think that is crappy.
I think after the crash, they don't give a rip anymore anyhow....
