What I interpreted the OP to mean is just what happens to me, when I sign out of fluency for a break even as long as a 1 hour for lunch, I can come back and sign in and get the same job back that was coming into my queue when I left. That is ridiculous. This happens often. I do not know why jobs seem to get stuck/assigned to the same person when they were never actually being worked on by that person. If I am gone an hour or less the job is still there. If I am gone in between shifts, which is 2 hours, it is not. So I am guessing once a job thinks it is ours, it is ours for an hour until it goes to someone else. That is just craziness. I don't "intelligent" routing is as smart as they think it it.
