The other thing driving me crazy since they started the intelligent routing thing is that I am getting a lot of dictators over and over, and many of them are the crappiest dictators in our BOB. I am all for fewer accounts but that doesn't mean I want all the worst dictators forever. I am also getting twice as many Tier 2 instead of Tier 3. It seems like I went from a decent variety to this terrible mix when they cut us down to 1 report at a time. Do you know if I am stuck with these forever? Do you they ever rotate them?
