As the OP of this thread, I'd like to say that if the person whom we're discussing is having some sort of personal difficulties, I certainly wish him well. If this is the reason my emails have gone ignored, that might make sense. However, if that's the case then someone else within the company should step in and update those of us who were offered employment but then hung out to dry. It's a matter of common courtesy and in not doing so they're making the company look bad. Anyway, I'll count my blessings that I dodged a bullet and look elsewhere.
