my gung ho, team spirit which I had at the beginning, is starting to go away. Was trained on a secondary which is a nightmare of do it this way, no, do it that way. Even the TL and QAs can't shoot straight. They are so unorganized, it's unbelievable. I'm half tempted to ask for a higher line rate to cover all the checking you need to do on their demographics. I didn't sign on to be a data entry clerk, and we all know this is stuff we don't get paid for because we're not producing lines, which is how we'll be paid eventually once we get off hourly. At this rate, who knows when that will happen.
