I have been through this several times and it works the same way every time without fail. You will be told that nothing will change, at first. In 3-6 months your pay will be cut, benefits changes, PTO changed, and your shift changed. You will remain on your same account but that could only be temporary. You will update your system, add websites, be required to learn new accounts, or just plain be thrown in the pool where you never get the same account/dictator twice in 1 day. You must maintain 99.65% accuracy on audits, make required line count, and constantly threatened with performance management.
These takeovers never change and rarely vary from what I have stated. If that is okay with you, go for it. Do you realize your job will eventually change entirely.
