well same has happened to us, merged with MM, and I as well as my fellow coworkers are all in the same boat. we have read the horror stories on here from fellow MTs. our dilemma is we have a retention bonus and I cant decide whether to stay for the bonus money or take the leap with another job offer elsewhere? any advice out there?
