I am very sorry this happened. I have been through a takeover 3 times, though not by mmodal, and every time I have tried to have a positive attitude. One time it did turn out very well for me. I hope that you are able to make a decision based not on fear but on hope. This never gets easier. It does not seem that you were given ample time to decide and that to me is a red flag. If possible, I encourage you to contact your state unemployment agency for some guidance as you make your decision. Best of luck to you.
