Yes, they are very rude people and QA has a greater than God attitude, but they are also the most disorganized company I've ever seen. I worked for them about a year ago and I could not believe how scatterbrained they are. I was asked 6 times in one month what my schedule was. They also got my pay rate wrong twice. I would not recommend them.
