I too got the same runaround. Tested about 2 1/2 months ago. Just in the past 2 weeks they realized they did not have my paperwork. They kept stalling me from starting the account by saying they had issues with that account on owner's side delaying going live. And yes, finally I sent paperwork and by this time, am now fed up and don't even want to work for them. Pay is low scale for IC, so be warned.
