You do not say what your score range generally is, only that you have a few errors. If the errors are resulting in make-up-pay they will get concerned and likely sign you up for classes. If you are not receiving make-up-pay, I would not worry about termination if you are doing okay otherwise. When I was having some errors, my TSM at the time actually encouraged me to send more reports in if I was unsure as long as I kept my pended under 10%.
