When I was there I made 0.0325 for ASR and 0.07 for straight, but we did also get paid for headers. Now at another company, I am making 0.0425 for ASR and 0.0825 for straight, but they don't pay for the headers. I'm not sure how much counting headers really adds to the line count, so can't make a comparison.
