You summed this up exactly as I had tried to convey in my post. I don't like it when someone criticizes your post, as if you did something wrong. I am new to TTS, but I have been an MT for over 30 years, and I have seen it all and done it all, and this is ridiculous. My trainer does the very same thing, has me do a few reports, calls me back up and says to go to RDR and check the reports, and then says, well you will have to talk to so and so. I get my reports checked, and 1 time I am fine, and the next time I am horrible. It is entirely confusing. You see them hiring all the time..I wish I had been forewarned.
