Checking FIESA twice weekly 5 minutes each, total 10 minutes.
Checking e-mail, I don't count.
Fiesa Reversal request: 30 minutes rarely.
Time Card 5-10 minutes weekly.
Total for what I count (bare minimum, has to be done): 20 minutes.
I will be counting mandatory response e-mails which is 5-10 minutes on occasion.
Bottom line: Bare minimum takes 30 minutes, can go as high as 1-1/2 hours per week.
I just clockin under other and get paid for it.
Legally, they cannot NOT pay you. So I just clockin under something other than production that does not require TSM approval. I used the least amount ($10.00 per hour).
There is not much that can be justified that I cannot clock in and do those mandatory things on the clock.
