I have the NTS handbook and emails that state checking Fiesa daily is mandatory including relistening to audio and submitting reversals, checking your time punches and reviewing your time card is mandatory, so on and so forth. So as far as proof, Nuance has supplied that, I just need to give an average daily time estimate.
