from jamming plugs in there to try and hear only to have the doc pick up a ringing phone and blow my ears (and all their other little stupidity), my audio on the account rots, the doctors slur, chew, burp, yawn, and talk at the speed of light...Oops I heard a 126 not a 136, time for another slap. My critical thinking is gone, because you have beat that out of me as well. I know what a doctor means when he dictates the year 2005 instead of 2015 and everything else dictated matches up, but if I make it correct I am wrong then as well (but only sometimes depends on the QA person). There is no pleasing this place.
