Suggestions for routine maintenance in Win 7 when it slows down? - Linda

My PC has been running like a  slug  lately, as if it has spyware or something.  I'm running Norton 360 maintenance and IE maintenance, but it doesn't speed things up at all.  I'm running Win 7.  Previously I had instruction for removing unneeded files in Juno, etc., but that was for previous Win versions.  Anyone have any hits for speeding things up in Win 7?
