more of idle time on your keyboard... I think you are the one who doesn't understand how crappy that is. Of course a lunch break is understandable. That's not what this is about. This is about FOUR MINUTES at a NON-HOURLY job. If you were paid on 20-minute breaks at the hospital, it obviously wasn't even a production job. None of what you are comparing this to is even remotely close. Why should you have to work an extra hour in the first place? Not even MModal does all of this, and that's saying a lot!
