about TTS but this rule also applies to their hourly/salary employees as well along with the 9 hour day/8 hours of work. I too agree that it is pretty crappy of them. Never had that anywhere else I've ever worked. They are a very strict company to work for and nit picky about stuff to the point that it's micromanagement. In my opinion, the would do better to focus their attention and energy on other more important matters but hey I'm just a lowly peon to them so what do I know, right?
