stand up and stretch and use the restroom in under 3 minutes. Again, you are not understanding. You do not have to log out for that. But, if you want to take a longer break for whatever, say lunch or supper, you log out. The extra hour in your shift is for that purpose. In my hospital job, I had to be there for 8-1/2 hours because lunch was not paid, although we did get a 20 minute break that was paid. It's the same thing. How is this difficult to understand.
