para musculature or paramusculature? - sm

I've always typed paramusculature but now am questioning myself and can't document either. I'm working on a verbatim doctor so can't change it to paraspinal musculature. Help please.

Docs should not be butchering the medical language. In any case, para is a prefix, so shouldn't be separated.
