Is there such a word as paralumbrical?  Used as in paralumbrical musculature.  Thanks

no, there is no such word. Doc is probably coming up with his own term for "lumbar paraspinal muscles" or something similar if they're talking about the back. According to Stedman's Medical Dictionary, there are "lumbrical" muscles of the hand and foot. If I was typing this, I would type as dictated with a hyphen ("para-lumbrical" since lumbrical is a word being combined with para), flag it, and send to QA. Good luck.
