I haven't done ob/gyn for 20 years. Is it no longer politically correct to list "AB" for abortions? What could this doc possibly be trying to say:
"Gravida 4, Para 2, zero two two" ?

gravida 4, para 2-0-2-2.
The last 3 numbers stand for:
0 Premature births
2 Abortions
2 Living children
gravida 4, para 2... - csmithwitt
[ In Reply To ..]gravida 4, para 2-0-2-2 meaning 4 pregnancies, 2 live births and 0 premature, 2 AB with 2 living children. Some clients still use AB. Remember whatever the client wants, they get. No one follows either AHDI BOS or AAMT BOS completely because of the client's account specifics.
