Does anyone know what the role of the CCM is? It seems all they do is make sure there's adequate coverage for all of the accounts, so MT scheduling/schedule adherence, accepting or denying PTO requests, some Teamwork stuff, approving time sheets -- what am I missing? I have been sent a number of .wav files. Express scribe can't play them, and is opening them as multi-channel files. Windows Media player isn't playing them. VLC isn't. Real Player isn't.
