I must have missed something. Today I get an email telling me I have to go through some certification process to work on an account I've been working on for the last several years. Was this mentioned prior to this? Nothing was said on the last conference call about it that I recall. I think this is getting a little ridiculous. First the mandatory conference calls, now this. doc refers to mom or mother/dad/grandma, etc. I was taught that if it is "the mom" you would not capitalize but if you can substitute a name, then it would be capitalized.
The mom denies vomiting, but Mom states the baby..... (would that be correct as far as capitalization goes?)

This is a tough one. The patient is a child who is being intubated. Doc says, "Using standard technique and following the dosing guidelines from the s/l Brassler tape, the patient was intubated."
So I don't know if this is like a cassette tape that the doc played to reaffirm how to intubate a small child or if the "tape" is actually an instrument or what. Sorry if this is the stupidest question imaginable, but I have absolutely no clue. Hoping someone will kn ...

The doc was finishing a D&C, and said "at the end of the procedure a satisfactory uterine _____ was palpated." Phonetically it sounded like "soo-ful." I'm sure he was talking about the uterine cavity, but I couldn't even figure out how to start spelling it.

"Her most recent pelvic ultrasound that we have is from 3/28/2012 which shows a normal sized uterus and endometrial thickness of 4.3 mm, right ovary which had an s/l "anellic" cyst.
Any idea what that word is? TIA! ...
