Ortho term HELP... - ???
Posted: Aug 31, 2013
Has to do with bilateral lower extremity polyneuropathy and ankle screw fixation. Doc is reading x-rays:
s/l "mo lar nudent" recruitment?
Here it is... - ???
[ In Reply To ..]
"Per report, there are findings significant for sensory motor polyneuropathy that is predominantly axonal. There has been some interval progression on her bilateral lower extremities since previous study done in 2008. Also of note, there is [_______] recruitment was quite poor."
s/l mo lar nudent
A few thoughts - sm

Thanks for the sentences. The first thing I would say is this: When you have a sentence that starts with "per report" you need to tell us what kind of report it is.
Second, this sentence does not make sense gramatically: Also of note, there is [_______] recruitment was quite poor." You can't say "there is ____ was quite poor" - so you are going to have to figure out what they are actually saying.
Finally, for the blank, I suggest: "motor unit recruitment".
Thanks...I couldn't figure it out so I sent it to QA - ???

I just copied and pasted the sentence from start to end. It was its own sentence/paragraph. It was a f/u visit for an ankle fracture. I know it didn't make sense but I just copy/paste. I did fix the grammar when I finished the rest of the report.
