Patient stepped into a hole and injured footfell off of
X-ray shows adequately aligned foot without any s/l folting or faulting.
Doc with a heavy accent. Help!
now stating this is concerning an implant in the foot - Eva

Patient has had a subtalar joint implant and screw is backing out. Not sure if that's helpful regarding folting/faulting. He did use the term again and it's still difficult to understand. Thanks!

The biceps tendon and all soft tissue overhanging the margins of the glenoid were removed with electrocautery and a pituitary rongeur. The s/l tornay guide for the glenoid component was used to place the pilot hole. ...
He is able to walk on his heels and toes without difficulty and he has a negative Gower sign. He has a neutral five foot angle.

The doc was finishing a D&C, and said "at the end of the procedure a satisfactory uterine _____ was palpated." Phonetically it sounded like "soo-ful." I'm sure he was talking about the uterine cavity, but I couldn't even figure out how to start spelling it.
