Ophthalmologic surgery term - Invisible Ink

Posted: Nov 07, 2011

A lid speculum was placed in the right eye, and a superior temporal  ______ was created with a relaxing incision at the 10 o'clock position.

This is surgery to correct diplopia with right hypotropia secondary to right fourth nerve palsy.  The blank sounds like "lumbopyridimine", but I can't find any type of reference to back up the spelling (or even the procedure!).

Any  help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks.
