meningeal hyperplasia? Don't know what the S sound would be. There is meningeal cyst but it's usually worded that way...not cyst meningeal.

I believe the word may be "syncytial" hyperplasia.
meningeal hyperplasia is correct - sweetgirlsmom

Hemifacial hyperplasia has meningeal involvement and can involve the eyes. I would go with meningeal hyperplasia. Syncytial hyperplasia involves the endometrium.

S/l "Yeoman's 7th Cranial Nerve Palsy." Oct 21, 2009I have a doc who sounds like he is saying "YEOMAN'S 7th cranial nerve palsy." He has used it before. I cannot figure it out or find it (all I come up with is Bell's, and that is not what he is saying) and it has never been corrected on feedback, so apparently the editors don't know it, either. He has a strong middle eastern accent so this may be throwing me off. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you. ...

Maybe I'm Having Cranial Flatus....Retro-ly Aug 04, 2011I am doing an OP report that is not a strict verbatim and is able to be corrected to best English. The dictator says: Tibial guide retrocut was placed, drilled, and then reamed "retro-ly". He stumbled around a bit before settling on "retro-ly" because he, too, knew that couldn't be correct, but he, like me, has blanked on what the heck it should be. Cranial Nerves - Arabic Or Roman #s - ADHI? May 20, 2010I need documentation about cranial nerves. Got QA edited from using roman numerals, i.e. cranial nerves II through XII versus cranial nerves 2 through 12. Getting On My Last Nerve Oct 26, 2010Ever since our FTR plan, I rarely send anything to QA. I usually only have 1 blank occasionally, and if I can't hear it, most of the time QA couldn't either, so I send the blank. Got new accounts. I was doing fair with that. I don't know what has happened, but I am getting the bottom of the barrel yesteray and today. I have had to send 3 or 4 reports to QA because of the more than 3-blank rule. That is depressing that I do the reports and get vi ...
