Rountable re MUP minimum wage, conference calls re MUP? Seems to me that someone is squirming at Nuance about minimum wage and it makes me smile. :) Keep up the pressure fellow employees. Has the the Dept of Labor been in contact with them recently? :0 I realize Nuance thinks they are above the law but they do have another thing coming in their near future. Watch out TSMs. You will be held accountable also, for the higher ups will ensure they are not involved. Time to start treating the MLSs on your team a little bit better.

These slime need to be held accountable for the dirty tricks they pull under the table. They've gotten away with this for too long and it's well past the time they get caught and disciplined for their hands in the MT's pay with their cheating and actually stealing due to the dirty manipulation of laws and rules.

In my case, I was told one more time with any MUP at all (even $1) and I am fired.

Nuance is not the only company with MUP issues. - All production based MTSO have same policy.

Status post right pharyngeal nerve injury with C3 to C7 fusion requiring further surgery. The surgery was reportedly complicated by a right recurrent pharyngeal nerve injury requiring subsequent surgery with improvement and complicated by left rotator cuff tear which has required two surgeries. Am I correct here thinking this would be "pharyngeal nerve"? Thanks ...

I cannot figure it out or find it (all I come up with is Bell's, and that is not what he is saying) and it has never been corrected on feedback, so apparently the editors don't know it, either. According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive. In addition (if this poster is accurate) they have again cut the overall pay from 8 and 4 to 3 3/4 AND 7 1/2. This is nothing but a bunch of crapploa...an MT who is now getting ...
