How would you type di di twin pregnancy? - Viking Fan who refuses to die until they win a Sup

I have a doc dictating about a patient's di di pregnancy. I know he's just abbreviating but I did a Google and it's coming up several different ways. Anyone know the correct way?

Di-Di? Di Di? di di?

Have a great day. I am because I know I'll live a long time. I refuse to die until the Vikings win a Super Bowl. Of course that very same day, H E double hockey sticks would freeze over. LOL! Sorry. I never got to sleep last night, have been up since early yesterday morning and am a tad punchy today.

I just typed it out - diamniotic-dichorionic twin gestation. It was entered so many different ways in Google, I couldn't be sure what was right and I thought di di looked silly anyway.

I'm sure I'll get called on it but I'd rather it look professional and have someone criticize it than have it look unprofessional and not get in trouble.

(I have one doc who when she says her physical exam headings, she says "Cards" instead of "Cardiac" and "Pulm" instead of "Pulmonary", instead of H E E N T, she says heent as all one word, Abs for abdomen. I am not putting that crap on reports with my initials on them.) Talk about lazy doctors.
