8-French "IFP" or "ISP" Powerport - tunneled - port placement

An 8-French "ISP" Powerport was tunneled from the incision site to the cannulation site with distal tip placed in the right atrial - SVC junction under fluoroscopy.

Thanks - ISP brings up providers and powerport brings up PowerPoint (arrrgh).
