How ASR got that out of "fenestration" is beyond me. That's the kind of crap I slogged through over the weekend.

And also my personal favorite, the guy who starts every sentence over 5 times. "She said that she said that the patient reported she reported The patient reported that last Wednesday she felt last week she she noted The patient reported "= through the whole report, all in glorious ASR

There are some docs who just should NOT be on ASR!

The sad part is that the majority of the ones who fit the description you give, along with the mush-mouths and word-maker-uppers and American docs who really don't have any excuse.

At least, that is what I have found. I'm doing an ASR report right now for one of the docs I loathe the most. He's American...but I swear to you, he can't speak English. He should NOT be on ASR.

Okay, we've got this new French doctor at one of my hosptials.
