Dictaphone - hit some keys and now my tool bar has expanded

Does anyone know how to program the keys for a Dictaphone C-phone (specifically to make the headset work)? I've misplaced my directions. Any help (or link to a website with the instructions) would be GREATLY appreciated. TIA ...

If a doc says "nitro" and the account wants expansion of slang, does nitro get expanded to nitroglycerin or might there be other expansions? If there were other expansions and I wasn't sure then I would just leave it blank. My drug book has other drugs beginning with nitro but not sure if "nitro" is slang specifically for nitroglycerin. I've spent days trying out "customizable" toolbars for quick access to links for MT, such as rxlist, acronyms, FDA drugs, doctor finder, etc. None of the toolbars I have tried have allowed customized links except Yahoo which is loaded with bugs and keeps deleting itself requiring re-creation every day or so.
