I went to install an upgrade today and found I had something called and "administrator" on my computer that was denying me access to install the upgrade on my own computer unless I supplied a password. I did in the past allow tech support for the MTSO I work for remote access to fix uninstall and install updated versions of EditScript. I always saw where they logged out, but don't really know what all might have been done while there. I had not had any reason to suspect they would have installed an "administrator" where I would need a password until I saw this tonight. Actually, they may not have, I don't know where this came from. My husband set our computer up and says this is new and he did not do it. I know I did not. Is there any way I can find out where this came from and get rid of it? Would backing the computer up to an earlier date get rid of it (assuming I could back it up far enough)? This has me worried that someone else may have or get control over my computer wiithout my knowlege. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
