TEXT EXPANDER FOR WORDPAD OR OPEN OFFICE?

Hi, I have been successfully using Shorthand for Windows for 4 years in numerous transcription platforms with 2 companies. Now I would like to use Shorthand in other ways, but it does not work in email, Express Scribe, Open Office, or Word pad.
