I use Shorthand for my expander program on my full-time job working on M*Modal platform, but I just started another part-time job on EditScript, and since I downloaded EditScript to my computer, my Shorthand expander program is doing weird things, so I finally had to turn it off, but it is a pain to not have an expander on my full-time job.
For example: I have "rt" as a shortcut for the word "right" and it used to work fine, but now it expands as "rtight" and every time I hit an "h" for some reason the program puts in "h have" and every time I type the pronoun "I" it gives me 2 spaces after it, so it is very annoying, and I am constantly having to go back and fix errors, which is taking time away from my line counts to fix something that is supposed to be saving me time.
EditScript just uses AutoCorrect, so I already tried going into word and telling it not to automatically use suggestions, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem? (AutoCorrect does not work with the M*Modal platform that I am using for the full-time job, so I do actually need both expander programs to do both jobs.)
Thanks in advance for any help. : )
