Shortcut with MQ charts

For all you experienced coders, I know there is a chart per hour requirement, but I wondered how much time does it take you to actually code a medical record in an inpatient setting. What is your average? I wondered this because I have seen some pretty long medical records and I know you have to review the patient's medical record, so how do you learn to do it quickly enough in order to make the chart per hour requirement?
