I took a test a couple of weeks ago for a job I should have aced, but halfway into the dictation, it sounded like the dictator was on a cell or in a tunnel. I thought that maybe they were testing to see if I could do this type of work because perhaps the dictator dictates this way. I didn't fair so well. When a doctor uses markers at the beginning of each patient's dication in a recording, how can I access those in Express Scribe when listening to it? I can load it into the dock, but it says there are 0 minutes of dictation. If I play it on Windows Media, it says I need a codec. I don't know what that is.
